Shiva / Shakti. Hatha Vinyasa
This class is an energetic flow of movement and breath led in a classic vinyasa style. Build the body’s strength as you cool the mind and open your heart. Offered in a 60 and 90 minute format. |
Three Limbs. Asana Pranayama Meditation
Strengthen your body, increase prana and deepen your meditation practice with the artful play of these three limbs of classical yoga; asana (the poses), pranayama (yogic breathing) and meditation. |
Ocean of Devotion. Restorative
Allow the sweet support of the earth to sustain you as the outer body softens and the breath breathes you. Use of props and longer holds help to create a relax- ing and therapeutic experience for body, mind and heart. All levels. |
Nada Sarangati. Meditation / Chanting
Influenced by various traditions we’ll work with the sacred sound current, or Naam. With an emphasis on Nada Yoga, chanting sacred mantras we attune our inner rhythm to the Divine, synchronizing the body and mind; leading to relaxation, healing, heightened creativity and expanded states of consciousness. |
