Hare Krishna. I am so humbled, happy and grateful to be graced with being a part of this radiant & loving kula that is Spandarama. Pranams to Wendy, Pammy, Halid & the sangat for this embrace! I owe each, any and all of my moments of peace to this practice of Divine remembrance thru asana, meditation, prayer, chanting, and kirtan and it's a joy to share this joy. In the words of Hanuman to Lord Ram, "When I know who I am, You and I are One."
